Lately I Have Been Having Back Pain Accompanies By Chest

lately I have been having back pain accompanies by chest discomfort and the odd burning sensation that one gets after sprinting - throat and lungs feel inflamed. I am overweight (5"9' and 230 lbs) but this does not feel like it is heart related. Any thoughts?
