Lately I Have Excessive Saliva And A Sore Mouth. I

lately I have excessive saliva and a sore mouth. I think the soreness is me constantly evacuating the saliva and either spitting it out (depends on location) or swallowing it. This action wears on my mouth and makes it sore , don't know for sure. This swallowing also gives me a stomach ache and stomach gas that I constantly burp up. This excessive saliva makes it hard for me to carry on a conversation and I am always distracted by the effects. I really do wonder if there are 151 doctors on line
