Lately My Sweat Has Been Smelling Very Sickly Sweet Almost

lately my sweat has been smelling very sickly sweet almost a rancid smell. I have also been smoking medicinal marijuana for three years however lately it has been making me feel very odd and accelerates my heart rate. I have nether the time or money to waste on a doctors visit. what is wrong with me?
