Left Eye Is Tearing, Leaking Next To Nose. Some Minor

left eye is tearing, leaking next to nose. some minor red in corner of eye. a pounding headache severe occurring behind the eye. Not prone to this kind of headache. Doctor gave antibiotic eye drops yesterday along with an antibiotic. The headache is worse tonight. Have had dizzy spells more frequently than normal. I am taking the heart drug called Entresto which causes occasional low blood pressure induced light headedness. Can a Sty cause this much pain?
