Left Quadrant Of Ribs Very Painful When I Get Up

left quadrant of ribs very painful when I get up from laying down. Simple pain after I am up and about, but I can hardly get out of bed or out of a chair without severe pain. I am female, age 71, 170lbs, 5'5 1/2". About 2 years ago, I fractured ribs 8 & 9. Prescribed Zanaflex, Tramadol. Just 2 months ago, this pain started on my left rib cage. Have extremely hard time getting out of bed or up from a chair.
