Left Scapula Pain. Thought It Might Have Been A Nerve

left scapula pain. Thought it might have been a nerve thing. my left arm would go numb even if i wasn't applying any sort of pressure on it and i would also get major pain on the outer side of my palm near the thumb and could not put any pressure on it.
