Legs Are Bright Pink Or Red I Do Not Move

legs are bright pink or red i do not move around much suppose to have right knee replacement but because of the reddest it has been put off. i am on antibi adicts (sp) and duritics any other advice would be a help. I was told by the theorpist not to put my legs on pillows. (sorry about the spelling)
