Llo, I Have Recently Been Prescribed Doxycycline 100mg Capsules To

llo, I have recently been prescribed doxycycline 100mg capsules to prevent again malaria for my trip to The Gambia and I am unable to take this medication in this capsule form. Please could you tell me the reprocussions of crushing/ chewing the tablet and swallowing the powder/ remnense. I must reiterate the fact that I am physically unable to swallow a tablet whole and this is the only way i can do this. So this is my only option or I do not take them which will heighten my chance of getting malaria. Thanks in advance. Ashley.
