Looking For Top Neurosurgeon In Louisville I Have Several Herniated

looking for top neurosurgeon in louisville i have several herniated discs in lower back from l1 to s1 is a major issue i also have a dropped foot stemming from l5 lets not forget nerve damage now i also have cervical problems as well ihave a couple herniated discs also suffer with degenerative disc disease as well i have a shooting pain that goes down my thigh to the inside and down to my foot also neuropathy in hand muscle spasms in back the muscles in my back will not get any larger this has been going on since 2005 i am and have been in chronic pain can not lift more than 5 pounds i am disabled please help by the way i do have exercises that i do even though they are painful
