Loosely Hanging Frenulum Skin On The Head Of My Penis,

loosely hanging frenulum skin on the head of my penis, the band that held my skin with the penis head has already torn all the way and healed, but now on the bottom of my penis head there is loosely hanging extra frenulum that just flops side to side on the head. How should I go with removing this? Thanks.
