Lost Half Eye Sight In Eye 4 Yrs Ago Due

lost half eye sight in eye 4 yrs ago due to blockage, had it all cleaned out and checked every year. Bothers eye to get in sun and sometimes sitting at computer the left side of my eye seems as if not good focus or something. I see nothing changing from center but way out on edge it looked like smoke or something in air like coming from cans but when i move head see nothing no pain going next week for stronger glasses Both sides of neck are now clear. How do you get use to this Sorry you do not have to answer me i have no money.
