Lower Left Pelvic Area....right Where Hip Bone Is...no Pain...an Occasional...sometimes

lower left pelvic area....right where hip bone is...no pain...an occasional...sometimes more or less feeling of "pressure", a tightening, small, centralized tightening like a ball or such...no ovary on that side btw...again, no pain...anywhere...just got off of rounds of steroids....am 15 months into menopause...any thoughts?
