M 18. My Nephew Has Had Tonsillitis For A While.

m 18. My nephew has had tonsillitis for a while. I have not had any syptoms to suggest I have caught it! But today I have a sore throat and have had a headache. It does not hurt when I swallow and my appetite and temperature is fine. I was wondering if it was tonsillitis or because I have also been in the sun for 3 days and have not have much fluids! So I dont know what one it could be! Can someone help please. I have a party to go to on saturday and want to know if I can drink or not?? Thank you!
