M 22 Years Old. I Got Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Soaking

m 22 years old. i got heavy menstrual bleeding soaking my pad per hour last month. my doctor advised to take trapic to reduce the flow and also meprate for 21 days and i took. after 5 days i got my peroids now. even now m having heavy bleeding. can i take trapic again in first day ? any other remedies??
