Male/43/185 Lbs/active Lifestyle/; I Have Had An External Hemorrhoid For

male/43/185 lbs/active lifestyle/; I have had an external hemorrhoid for the past month. First week hurt real bad, then no pain. The hem heas pretty much gone away due to change in my diet and exercise. Above the anus, I have a hard scab in a bad spot. It stretches everytime I use the restroom. I think it was a hem that has tried to go away. I clean 4-5 times a day with baby wipes with witch hazel and use a small amount of Hydrocortizone 1 %. Any suggestions on how to not keep stretching the dried scab? Every stretch produces a little blood. So annoying, but very little if any pain.
