me and my boyfriend had sex, we used a condom. he found a perfect circle almost seed like thing that had came out of me. it was white, squishy and soft. it had 2 red dots on it almost like it was connected to something. we couldn't figure out what it was. I broke it apart and there was a tiny bit of fluid that came from the inside of it and the middle was kind of yellow. can you please help me figure out what it might be
