Me And My Partner Are Sexually Active And Last Night

me and my partner are sexually active and last night we had a bit of a rough sex. right after we were done I went to the bathroom and noticed my left inner lip was swollen, I didn't think anything about it. so today It is very bruised and swollen all the way down to the entrance. I think it was caused by not being "wet" enough. but we didn't use a condom so it's not an allergic reaction to that. should I be worried? and I'm only 16, and my mom doesn't know that I have sex so I can't tell her and I can't go to the doctor. can you give me some advice?
