Mental Fog, Messing Up Sentences, Inability To Locate Words In
mental fog, messing up sentences, inability to locate words in my head, difficulty focusing, often I have to stop in mid sentence and concentrate to find the words to finish my thought.
I have insomnia, last year for about 6 months I took between 14 - 18 25mg tablets of diphenhydramine to sleep, I think that's a little over the recommended dosage. I've had these symptoms for about 5 days.
