Missed Period...took Home Preg. Test On Morning 7...was Negative...still No

missed period...took home preg. test on morning 7...was negative...still no period...having extreme pain in my belly (make a line that starts around my belly button area...and continues down through my vagina) and I have been feeling very tired and kind light headed...what could be wrong with me!?!
