mostly After meal feel down shock and feel pain in the middle of chest which increases gradually in 4 to 5 sec. it build a pressure which may stops breathing. Even i feel circulation of blood at that time. feel swelling in veins of the temple area as well left side of the head. sometime blood pressure remain constant and sometime blood pressure slightly increases.
