mri has suggested spondylotic cganges with l4-5 disco-osteophytic projection, causing mild thecal sac and bilaterall-5 traversing andl-4 exiting nerve root significant ligament flavum hypertrophy and facetal arthropathy are seen at all lumber levels, findings are more pronounced at l-4,l-5 level please suggest
