My 1 Year Old Baby Swallowed A Mexican 1 Peso

my 1 year old baby swallowed a mexican 1 peso coin my wife took her for an x-ray and it can be seen in her low intestant. is it dangerous as far as being poisness? will it pass, is there other safe methods of getting it out? its been 2 days and she has not passed it in her stool.
