My 10 Year Old Daughter Has Been Ill Since Sunday

my 10 year old daughter has been ill since Sunday and it is now Friday complaining of stomach pain and has a bad cough. She has had a fever on and off and vomiting. Her coughing right now is excessive. her temp now is 101.1, on Wednesday it was 103. We have been to the doctor Monday and Urgent Care Wednesday. She had a strep swab negative. I'm wondering if it is time for a blood test.
