My 11 Year Old Son Woke Up 2 Days Ago

my 11 year old son woke up 2 days ago and could not open his right eye. we eventually got it open but it is very red. Thought it may be allergies. It does not hurt him and it is not pink eye. This morning he woke up and same thing but now his cheek and around his mouth is getting scabby like dry skin or something
