My 12 Year Old Granddaughter Has Had A Fever Up

my 12 year old granddaughter has had a fever up to 39.2 she then fainted falling backwards there are no other symptoms she has had spots in front of her eyes and when lying down she again felt she was faint. We called an ambulance but they have not taken her to hospital
