My 13 Y/o Daughter L Arm Is Swollen,tender She Has

my 13 y/o daughter l arm is swollen,tender she has dm that is well controlled it is hot to touch and sore no open areas, no accidents, no stress,no fractures. I have taken her to several doctors and no one can explain it she has been on 2 ATBs and still no answers .
