My 13 Year Old Daughter Has Been Sick For A

my 13 year old daughter has been sick for a couple of weeks. she went to urgent care early on then to her primary doctor on day 10. both docs said she had a virus that was causing her congestion and thick cough. now the skin on her face, neck, chest, and back is dry and rough. additionally, her fingertips look like they are covered with athletes foot-peeling and cracked. I don't know if the virus and skin issues are related.
