My 14 Year Old Son Gets A Rash From His

my 14 year old son gets a rash from his neck to his knees along with abdominal pain and vomiting when having a bowel movement. This has been going on for several years. Tests have not identified anything.
Can you please help? It seems to be getting worse not better with time.
