My 14 Year Old Son Has Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind

my 14 year old son has swollen lymph nodes behind his ear. dermatologist ruled out scalp infection and pediatrician did blood tests which came back normal. But they don't seem to be returning to normal size?? Has bad acne on his face, dont know if its related. He is going through puberty currently.
