My 15 Year Old Daughter Got Hit With A Volleyball

my 15 year old daughter got hit with a volleyball in the eye during a game. immediately following she said half of her vision in that eye was black. by and hour it faded to maybe a fourth of the vision looked black it was the top outside of her vision. then it faded to blurry in the black area and fully cleared by a few more hours. next morning ok. that night she barely put her finger on her eye when she laid her head on her hand and moved the finger in a second or two and there is another black spot in the same area of her vision. what could this be? does she need to go to the er? she has a dr apt tomorrow
