My 15-year Old Special Needs Little Girl Was Recently Prescribed

my 15-year old special needs little girl was recently prescribed Cephalexin for a gum infection and irritated throat. She has a seizure disorder. Her seizures have been much worse and we were in the ER last night. Can this med aggravate seizures in people predisposed?
