My 15year Old Daughter Was Diagnosed With Strep And The

my 15year old daughter was diagnosed with Strep and the Flu on Tuesday, She is on a Z-pak and
Tamiflu, she started having nausea and diarrhea yesterday and today, she is also complaining of an aweful taste in her mouth. Every time she eats soup or anything small she throws up. Fever is gone, but I am worried about on set of new symptoms. Her vitals are all good.
