My 16 Year Old Doctor Is Having Trouble Breathing...It Has

my 16 year old doctor is having trouble breathing...It has been consistent for 5 days but she is actually breathing fine, just feels like she can not get a breath. I took her to a doctor and they said her pulse/ox is good, lungs are clear and it does not seem to be allergies. The think it maybe anxiety, BUT it is constant...can anxiety be constant for 5 days?
