My 17 Yr Old Daughter Has Been Complaining Of A

my 17 yr old daughter has been complaining of a migraine for the last 3 days. they usualy only last a day. she doesnt get them often 1 maybe 2 a year. should i be concerned? she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 6 years ago. her numbers are in the mid 200's
