my 18 year old daughter has bites on her arms which we thought were from bed bugs. we treated but never saw any evidence of the bugs. that was last wednesday. tonight she has a swollen forearm that is warm to the touch and maybe a new bite or two in the past 2 days. is this something we should go to emergency room for.
