My 19 Yr Old Daughter Spent The Night At A

my 19 yr old daughter spent the night at a friends house and came home the next day with what she thought were bug bites on her arms and legs. I thought they were flea bites because her friend sleeps with a cat but it wasn't there that night. Now there are more bumps and they are red and raised more and she now has them on her chest and face more on her arms. It is not chicken pox because she has had them and I know what they look like. It is very itchy too. What could it be and should I get it looked at?
