my 1st son 9 yrs old has partial agenesis of corpus callosum with cerebral hypoplasia and mild cerebral atrophy. we have taken umbilical cord blood of my 2nd son who is 3yrs old normal child during delivery. can my 1st son recovered by using the blood in stem cell treatment.
