My 2 Year Old Grandson Has Been Running A Fever

my 2 year old grandson has been running a fever as high as 105 the doctors didn't seemed concern and had me alternate ultram and tylenol now his urine looks the color of coke, all the doctors seem stumped and say his test results are wnl except it is too soon to know the blood culture results. I am frantic they have no pediatric nephrologist at this hospital and they are talking about discharging him with a followup appointment to a specialist 2 hours away when I can get him one... the emergency room physicians say his liver and kidney functions were elevated and they sent us to a military hospital since they said they were a sports medicine urgent care only the records seem to have been lost between their er and this military hospital please tell me what to do
