My 2 Year Old Grandson Has Developed Large Whelps Across

my 2 year old grandson has developed large whelps across his back and stomach. He is presently on prescription for bad cold. Could the whelps be from taking the antibiotic? He does not seem to feel bad and he does not seem to have any itching as yet.
