My 2 Year Old Spay Female For No Apparent Reason

my 2 year old spay female for no apparent reason lost all use of her back legs and bowel and bladder control, this occurred about 3 weeks ago, she has been under a vets care and he gave her steroids and valium and now she has open wounds on both legs, bed sores, and now she is experiencing blood in her urine, I don't know what else I can do for her
