My 21 Month Old Has Been Having Acid Poops For

my 21 month old has been having acid poops for 5 days now and terrible burn on his bottom. He doesnt tolerate diaper changes or sitting down very well without pain and crying? is this due to a virus what type of diaper cream should I use becuase boudreaux butt paste is not helping.
