My 22 Year Old Daughter, Who Has A Sensitive Stomach

my 22 year old daughter, who has a sensitive stomach and history of vomiting without stopping since she was 2. Started vomiting with diarreaha every ten minutes for the past hour and a half. She has taken an ondansetron about an hour ago and is still vomiting and diarreha. We are not sure if it is the flu or food poisoning and whether we should bring her to the hospital or just keep feeding her pedialite and ice chips. No fever.
