My 22 Year Old Son Just Spend A Week In

my 22 year old son just spend a week in the dessert with temp over 110, constant going from extreme hot to cold, the day he came back (yesterday) he looked pale, was throwing up, it's continued today, not as bad, but now is complaining about his whole body to tingle, itching and severe pins and needles, should i take him to the emergency room. He has asthma which is extremely aggravated right now.
