My 23 Mo Old Granddaughter Has Been Feverish & Ill

my 23 mo old granddaughter has been feverish & ill since Monday. Wednesday her temp went up to over 103, but after a long nap she finally ate a little & the temp was 100. This am she vomited - temp still around 100. Then just now it has shot up again to 102 .6 My daughter looked at her throat & it has white spots. I told her it sounds like strep. Our question is, is it ok to wait til tomorrow to see a Dr or should she go to a clinic or ER now?
