My 24 Year Old Daughter Has 2 Weird Bumps On

my 24 year old daughter has 2 weird bumps on her chest. They kind off look like a rivet you have on the top of jeans. That's the best way to describe it. They are not painful. one is in the middle of her chest and the other is near the outside under her breasts. She has had one for a couple of years and the other just recently formed. Any ideas what this may be? Should she make a doctor appmt?
