My 28 Yr Old Daughter Started Feeling Dizzy On Tues

my 28 yr old daughter started feeling dizzy on Tues evening so she went to bed. She got up at 1pm on Wed and drank her coffee, but was feeling dizzy again. She laid on couch til 2 or 2:30pm and then started vomiting at 3pm. Stopped vomiting Wed evening but stayed in the bathroom because she was dizzy and was worried she was going to vomit again. She finally got off the floor and laid on the couch on Thurs afternoon. She had a terrible headache off and on up until Fri at some point, but continued to be dizzy. She is still dizzy when she moves her head...what do you think? She doesnt have health insurance and doesnt have a job to pay to go to the doctor, so that's not an option. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
