My 3 Year Old Son Seems To Have A Form

my 3 year old son seems to have a form of Aspergers he can sit infront of the tv for hours without moving and he puts everything in his mouth when you correct him he acts as thoughits the first time he has heard it. we have been potty training him aqnd he refuses to poop in tolit it is on himself every time i am frustrated and dont know whyat to do
