my 3 yr old grand boy has just developed small "pimply" bumps localized on his ear, around his mouth and in patches on his arm. He reports his mouth hurts. yesterday he had a slight temp and had vomited twice, about 24 hours apart. His fever has abated, but the "pimples" are new. Your thoughts?
