My 3yr Old Daughter Has A Small Puncture Wound On

my 3yr old daughter has a small puncture wound on her right pointer finger. We are not exactly sure how she got it, but we first noticed it yesterday afternoon. Tonight, the surrounding area is very red and swollen. She is not complaining of pain, but we are worried about the amount of swelling and redness.
