My 3yr Old Has Had Diarrhea For Two Days.. She

my 3yr old has had diarrhea for two days.. she had firm but white stool this afternoon and then a frothy white liguid stool just now... We gave her childrens pepto yesterday. Im aware that ant-acids are known to cause pale white stool but Ive never seen this result in her before
